Edrin Shamtob, ESQ.

Edrin Shamtob is a co-founder and partner at SNS Law Group, where he has leveraged over a decade of experience to represent a diverse clientele in business and Real Estate transactions and litigation. With a focus on complex litigation matters, Edrin has handled a wide array of cases including business disputes, Real Estate conflicts, unlawful detainers, landlord-tenant issues, property disputes, corporate litigation, and partnership disputes.

Edrin earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, in 2014 after obtaining his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is admitted to the State Bar of California and maintains active memberships in both the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Recognized as a Rising Star and Super Lawyer for nearly a decade, Edrin has been honored for his exceptional legal practice and professional achievements, underscoring his reputation as a leading attorney in his field.

Bijan Shakibkoo, ESQ.

Managing Trial Attorney & Founding Partner

Bijan Shakibkoo is a co-founder and partner at SNS Law Group. His practice focuses on Real Estate and business law, where he represents clients with: landlord/tenant disputes, drafting and negotiating contracts, merger and acquisitions transactions, risk assessment and mitigation, partnership disputes, business formation, Real Estate development, formation/conflict resolution, leasing commercial/residential properties, commercial/residential transactions, and acquiring and selling Real Estate.

Before co-creating SNS Law Group, Bijan found a passion for real estate management/development. For over 10 years, he obtained experience in managing over $100 million in assets. Bijan’s experience consisted of working with landlords, tenants/national tenants, developers, brokers, contractors, agents, escrow officers, engineers, and title companies. His prior experience and knowledge not only allow him to understand each client’s circumstances firsthand, but also allows him to bring a competitive edge in the field of real estate/business law.

Bijan obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Management at California State University, Northridge. He continued to attending University of West Los Angeles, where he completed his Juris Doctorate and began his journey as an attorney. Bijan’s innate ability to connect with clients and take on complex legal matters has allowed him to provide real solutions for his clients.

Khushboo Vasandani, ESQ.

Associate Trial Attorney

Meet Khushboo B. Vasandani, an associate based in Los Angeles, renowned for her extensive experience in civil litigation and her dedication to serving clients with skill and compassion.

Ms. Vasandani earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology Law and Legislative Law in 2005 and 2010, followed by a Master’s degree in Business and Administrative Law in 2012 from Savitribai Phule Pune University, India. Licensed in Maharashtra and Goa since May 2010, she obtained licensure in California in January 2021, showcasing her commitment to serving clients across diverse jurisdictions.

Her legal career commenced as a trial attorney in India, specializing in civil litigation, family law, real estate disputes, and unlawful detainer actions. Relocating to California in 2016, Ms. Vasandani transitioned into personal injury law, participating in numerous appellate proceedings and presenting oral arguments before various courts.

Ms. Vasandani excelled as a Defense Attorney in Los Angeles, representing clients in habitability cases. Her proactive case management style and innovative legal strategies consistently led to favorable outcomes for her clients.

When Ms. Vasandani is not representing her clients, she enjoys riding her motorcycle, reading, playing chess, and painting. As a devoted dog and cat parent, she brings empathy and understanding to her practice, ensuring her clients receive expert legal representation and genuine care.

Eva B. Kobi, ESQ.

Associate Attorney

Eva B. Kobi is a seasoned, results-oriented litigator who represents clients across a broad spectrum of civil business and real estate disputes, including commercial and residential real estate litigation, business and partnership disputes, construction litigation, and bad faith insurance litigation. Clients turn to Ms. Kobi when the stakes are high and the issues are complex, knowing she brings both a commanding grasp of the law and the tenacity to see a matter through to resolution.

For over a decade, Ms. Kobi has handled real estate matters at every level, from real property transactions through litigation. She has successfully prosecuted and defended civil actions in California state court from inception through both jury and non-jury trials. She also has many years of experience managing every phase of a case from the initial evaluation through discovery, motion practice, and trial. Her approach is defined by two qualities her clients value most a sharply analytical mind and aggressive, forward-leaning advocacy that keeps the pressure on the other side.

Beyond the courtroom, Ms. Kobi takes genuine satisfaction in the counseling side of her practice. She works closely with clients to craft efficient, strategic litigation plans and develop creative solutions to the most challenging legal problems always with an eye toward achieving her clients’ objectives as effectively and economically as possible.

Ms. Kobi is an active member of the California State Bar. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, and her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. During law school, she participated in the Self-Help Clinic, the Employee Rights Clinic, and the Pro Bono Honors Program, and served as President of both the Middle Eastern Law Student Association and the Jewish Student Union, as well as Liaison to the Iranian American Bar Association. She also studied international law at the Université de Nice in Nice, France. Outside of her practice, Ms. Kobi enjoys international travel and exploring new cuisines.

Rozita A. Levy

Chief Operating Officer

Rozita Levy is a seasoned administrator and licensed realtor with over ten years of experience in administration, law clerk duties, and human resources. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with a minor in Business and Real Estate from California State University, Northridge. Holding a realtor license, Rozita brings a wealth of knowledge and a client-focused approach to her administrative support role.
