Founded in 2022 by attorneys Edrin Shamtob and Bijan Shakibkoo, SNS Law Group combines its Real Estate transactional capabilities with its litigation expertise to provide outstanding service in all aspects of Real Estate disputes, including but not limited to mechanic’s liens, construction defects, construction site accidents, landlord-tenant, property disputes, environmental, entitlement, and governmental processing.

Edrin Shamtob is a co-founder and partner at SNS Law Group, where he has leveraged over a decade of experience to represent a diverse clientele in business and Real Estate transactions and litigation. With a focus on complex litigation matters, Edrin has handled a wide array of cases including business disputes, Real Estate conflicts, unlawful detainers, landlord-tenant issues, property disputes, corporate litigation, and partnership disputes.

Edrin earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, in 2014 after obtaining his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is admitted to the State Bar of California and maintains active memberships in both the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Recognized as a Rising Star and Super Lawyer for nearly a decade, Edrin has been honored for his exceptional legal practice and professional achievements, underscoring his reputation as a leading attorney in his field.

As a seasoned litigator and trial attorney, Edrin is known for his strategic, goal-oriented approach to each case. Bijan Shakibkoo, ESQ.

Bijan Shakibkoo is a co-founder and partner at SNS Law Group. His practice focuses on Real Estate and business law, where he represents clients with: landlord/tenant disputes, drafting and negotiating contracts, merger and acquisitions transactions, risk assessment and mitigation, partnership disputes, business formation, Real Estate development, formation/conflict resolution, leasing commercial/residential properties, commercial/residential transactions, and acquiring and selling Real Estate.

Before co-creating SNS Law Group, Bijan found a passion for real estate management/development. For over 10 years, he obtained experience in managing over $100 million in assets. Bijan’s experience consisted of working with landlords, tenants/national tenants, developers, brokers, contractors, agents, escrow officers, engineers, and title companies. His prior experience and knowledge not only allow him to understand each client’s circumstances firsthand, but also allows him to bring a competitive edge in the field of real estate/business law.

Bijan obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Management at California State University, Northridge. He continued to attending University of West Los Angeles, where he completed his Juris Doctorate and began his journey as an attorney. Bijan’s innate ability to connect with clients and take on complex legal matters has allowed him to provide real solutions for his clients.

Meet Khushboo B. Vasandani, an associate based in Los Angeles, renowned for her extensive experience in civil litigation and her dedication to serving clients with skill and compassion.

Ms. Vasandani earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology Law and Legislative Law in 2005 and 2010, followed by a Master’s degree in Business and Administrative Law in 2012 from Savitribai Phule Pune University, India. Licensed in Maharashtra and Goa since May 2010, she obtained licensure in California in January 2021, showcasing her commitment to serving clients across diverse jurisdictions.

Her legal career commenced as a trial attorney in India, specializing in civil litigation, family law, real estate disputes, and unlawful detainer actions. Relocating to California in 2016, Ms. Vasandani transitioned into personal injury law, participating in numerous appellate proceedings and presenting oral arguments before various courts.

Ms. Vasandani excelled as a Defense Attorney in Los Angeles, representing clients in habitability cases. Her proactive case management style and innovative legal strategies consistently led to favorable outcomes for her clients.

When Ms. Vasandani is not representing her clients, she enjoys riding her motorcycle, reading, playing chess, and painting. As a devoted dog and cat parent, she brings empathy and understanding to her practice, ensuring her clients receive expert legal representation and genuine care.

Rachel Aronowitz, ESQ.

Associate Attorney

Rachel is a Los Angeles native and attorney at SNS Law Group, where she focuses her practice on eviction and landlord-tenant matters. She assists property owners in navigating complex legal processes and enforcing their rights under the law, with a strong commitment to protecting the interests of those who own and invest in real property.

Rachel earned her Juris Doctor from UC College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly Hastings College of the Law), where she developed a deep interest in property law and the legal principles that underpin ownership rights in the United States. She believes that property ownership is foundational to America’s legal and economic system, and she is passionate about ensuring those rights are respected and upheld in every matter she handles.

Rachel brings a focused and client-driven approach to her representation of property owners, combining legal precision with a genuine dedication to achieving practical results. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with her German Shepherd and creating art — pursuits that bring a creative balance to her work in the law.

Associate Attorney

Michael Croddy is an attorney at SNS Law Group, where he focuses on representing small and medium businesses in complex, multiparty civil litigation, including settlements, trials, and appeals. His broader practice experience spans real estate, tax, business and corporate law, bankruptcy, criminal defense, and intellectual property matters, including trade secret and trademark law.

Michael began his legal career as a Special Assistant Public Defender, where he developed the discipline to manage high-volume caseloads with speed and precision. He later transitioned into the private sector, spending decades in bankruptcy law and helping both businesses and individuals reorganize or eliminate debt. He joined SNS Law Group in January 2026.

Before pursuing law, Michael worked on the front lines of convalescent homes, hospices, and emergency rooms for several years. Those experiences instilled in him a deep sense of compassion and patience that continues to shape how he approaches every client relationship. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1994, and his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1998, where he also completed a concentration in Governmental Affairs.

Michael is committed not only to providing excellent legal counsel, but to mentoring the next generation of professionals. He brings a client-centered approach rooted in his diverse experience, striving to understand each client’s unique circumstances, communicate clearly, and pursue practical, effective solutions. He remains open to expanding into new areas of law and approaches every matter with the same diligence and care he developed early in his career.

Rozita Levy is a seasoned administrator and licensed realtor with over ten years of experience in administration, law clerk duties, and human resources. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with a minor in Business and Real Estate from California State University, Northridge. Holding realtor license, Rozita brings a wealth of knowledge and a client-focused approach to her administrative support role.
