Bijan Shakibkoo is a co-founder and partner at SNS Law Group. His practice focuses on real estate and business law, where he represents clients with: landlord/tenant disputes, drafting and negotiating contracts, merger and acquisitions transactions, risk assessment and mitigation, partnership disputes, business formation, real estate development, formation/conflict resolution, leasing commercial/residential properties, commercial/residential transactions, and acquiring and selling real estate.

Before co-creating SNS Law Group, Bijan found a passion for real estate management/development. For over 10 years, he obtained experience in managing over $100 million in assets. Bijan’s experience consisted of working with landlords, tenants/national tenants, developers, brokers, contractors, agents, escrow officers, engineers, and title companies. His prior experience and knowledge not only allow him to understand each client’s circumstances firsthand, but also allows him to bring a competitive edge in the field of real estate/business law.

Bijan obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Management at California State University, Northridge. He continued to attending University of West Los Angeles, where he completed his Juris Doctorate and began his journey as an attorney. Bijan’s innate ability to connect with clients and take on complex legal matters has allowed him to provide real solutions for his clients.

Eva B. Kobi is a seasoned, results-oriented litigator with expertise in a diverse range of civil business/real estate cases including commercial and residential real estate litigation, business partnership disputes, construction litigation, and bad faith insurance litigation.

For over 10 years, Ms. Kobi has worked on real estate matters including real property management through litigation. Ms. Kobi has successfully prosecuted and defended civil matters in state court, from inception through both jury trials and non-jury trials. Ms. Kobi has extensive experience handling all aspects of case management from inception through trials and is very analytical and aggressive.

Ms. Kobi enjoys consulting with clients to help craft efficient litigation strategies and finding creative solutions to complex legal issues.

Ms. Kobi is an active member of the California State Bar. Ms. Kobi graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and continued to Thomas Jefferson School of Law and obtained her Juris Doctorate. Ms. Kobi participated in the Self-Help Clinic; Employee Rights Clinic; and Pro Bono Honors Program. Ms. Kobi was also the President of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association and the Jewish Student Union, while actively as the Liaison of Iranian American Bar Association. Ms. Kobi also studied international law in Nice, France at the Universite de Nice.

Ms. Kobi also enjoys international travel and learning new cuisines.
